Resource Teacher
Under the authority of the Mohawk Council of Kanesatake and in collaboration with the Kanehsatà:ke Education Center. Under the direct supervision of the Ratihente High School Principal the resource teacher’s job is to provide direct instructional support services to students who present learning difficulties.
Housing Internship Initiative for Indigenous Youth
This youth employment initiative is aimed at providing valuable work experience and on the job training for Indigenous youth. The goal of the program is to assist youth in gaining work experience and pursuing long-term employment in the housing sector, or related field.
The Housing Clerk will perform clerical duties for the Housing department at the Mohawk Council of Kanesatake. Duties will consist of assisting the Housing Coordinator with scheduling housing meetings; sending and receiving emails; taking minutes at housing committee meetings; contacting suppliers; answering phone calls; assisting with purchase orders; filing and other related tasks.

Building Custodian
Under the authority of the Mohawk Council of Kanesatake and under the direct supervision of the School Principal, the Building Custodian is responsible for the overall systems’ operation and maintenance, the safety and cleanliness of the school. The cleaning and maintenance is to be done following an appropriate seasonal schedule of heavy and light cleaning tasks. It also includes maintaining an inventory of supplies and replenishing the paper products as required. The Building Custodian performs preventative maintenance duties according to a predetermined schedule and is responsible for the keys, locks, and alarms of the premises.
