Building Custodian

Under the authority of the Mohawk Council of Kanesatake and under the direct supervision of the School Principal, the Building Custodian is responsible for the overall systems’ operation and maintenance, the safety and cleanliness of the school. The cleaning and maintenance is to be done following an appropriate seasonal schedule of heavy and light cleaning tasks. It also includes maintaining an inventory of supplies and replenishing the paper products as required. The Building Custodian performs preventative maintenance duties according to a predetermined schedule and is responsible for the keys, locks, and alarms of the premises.
